A question that can bring a ton of emotions up. Positive and negative emotions. Which is a statement itself. We have such guards up to that question, or even why we are Christians.
Positive
Wow what powerful testimony can be in the words of defining Jesus and telling others why we are Christians. Stories of God moving in our lives, all on deep individual levels.
Negative
Wow that’s a painful questions because last time someone asked me that, they were almost attacking me with that question.
Moving Forward
We should be able to answer those questions in a good way, to be able to express our love for Jesus without fear. My hope is that as we get to know each other in a small group environment, we can share these stories. Share and uplift one another during school. To help wash off some of the gunk we get stuck to us from the world.
