You can do this for anything, But I’ve found it works best with Steak.
I started doing this when Safeway did not have the most awesome selection of meat, and I would get the 50% off meat that was still okay, but did not look great.
My thought was that by dousing it in alcohol, that would fix any bacteria that was on the meat ๐
So:
Ingredients –
Saki
Mesquite seasoning
Cajun Seasoning
Instructions:
Douse the whole steak in Saki, and then dump a fair amount of mesquite and cajun on it like a solid rub.
Barbecue ๐
Done
