Awesome so I came up with a recipe i need to replicate before putting the instructions up but wanted to post this before i forgot.
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
cilantro/jalapeño salsa
cilantro
red peppers
paprika
pepper
starch to thicken
might try brown sugar to help carmalize.
cook with small teriyaki bites of chicken
