Stress and Time Management Bear Picture

So we have talked about East Vs West, religion, God viewing us, Marriage, and for this week, we are going to look at stress and time management. In our own words we defined stress.

We talked about the difference between Stress, Being Overwhelmed, and Pressure. We talked about bad pressure,

But we also talked about good pressure and how pressure treated lumber is able super awesome and doesn’t get mold or insects.

Its easy to talk about God taking our stress away, Lets look at pauls example: 2 corinthians 11:23-27

This is not a case of, man his life was more awful, but sometimes we need to go through pressure to be able to go through life.

Time Management:

The Problem:

Middle Class income starts at $36,000/yr
On average, 7 hours a day is spent on media.
2 hours of that is on your mobile device. 3.7 hours on desktops/laptops.

If time is money, then you make $18.75/hr
$131.25 per day spent on media
That is $.31/min

However…………………………..

If Time is Money, then we get
Time*Money = Money^2
$351/hr
$2,457/day
$5.85/min

2 hours Spent on Mobile Device
=
You spend $38.50 a day
to use your mobile device

Awesome tools:

  1. OneNote, EverNote, NeverNote, Well-Formed Folders/Docs
  2. Use 1 calendar and 1 calendar only
  3. A To-Do list app or Paper Notebook
  4. Any.do, wunderlist, HabitRPG, etc.

A big note is:

Time-saving efficiencies happen only when a lifestyle change occurs.
This only becomes permanent when the following two conditions are met:

1. The individual sincerely believes this method will prosper them.
2. The individual actively prioritizes the necessary changes required.
