Ingredients
Rub:
Olive Oil
Johnnys Seasoning
Cajun Seasoning
Mesquite Seasoning
Marinade:
Worcester Sauce
Mesquite BBQ Sauce
Fresh local honey
Instructions:
Oil down each piece of meat and then using your hands, rub into the meat a mixture of the three seasonings. Then stick into a gallon ziplock bag. Pre-mix 1/4 cup of Worcester (a lot I know but worth it), a bottle of mesquite BBQ sauce, and then honey. The amount of honey really depends on taste. If you want more of a sweet teriyaki taste, add more honey and a couple splashes of soy sauce. If you want a more traditional steakhouse taste, do maybe 1/4 cup of honey. After pre-mixing the ingredients, poor into the ziplock bag and let sit in the refrigerator over night.
