Alright so no real portions as usual, i made this last night and going to try it again tonight.
Ingredients:
Talapia
Butter
Lime juice
Salsa
Hoison sauce
Put your talapia on a fry pan but dont turn on the heat yet.
Spray both sides of it with lime juice, then use a spoon and lay salsa on top, the put a drop of hoison sauce on top of it.
Drop 1/8 cup of butter onto the pan it self. Turn heat to med-hi . You dont want to traditional fry it, but let it simmer each side for 12min.
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables 🙂
